Avocado Egg Cups Topped With Crispy Turkey Bacon

Ingredients: ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
2 ripe avocados ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
4 eggs ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
salt to taste ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
2 Tsp Neema Sweet & Spicy⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Fresh basil, chopped ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Turkey bacon, chopped ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Instructions: ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1) Preheat the oven to 220 C.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
2) Cut the avocado in half and remove the pits. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
3) Scoop out 1-2 Tsp of the avocado. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
4) Place avocado onto baking trays. Crack an egg into each. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
5) Top with bacon and season with salt. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
6) Drizzle with Neema paste.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
7) Bake for 20 minutes or until whites are cooked. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
