Who's ready to try our spicy prawns? Well if you do we have you covered our cauliflower rice & spicy prawns!
Have a look at the ingredients and method down below:
Ingredients:
400g Cauliflower rice⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
500g cleaned prawns ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1 onion, diced⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
4 Tbsp olive oil ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1/2 Tsp curry powder ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
2 cloves of garlic, minced ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Salt to taste ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
2 Tsp Neema Aromaic Ginger and scotch bonnet chilli paste. ⠀
Method:
1) Into a pan on medium heat add two Tbsp of oil and diced onion. Saute for 2-3 minutes. Then add the curry powder and salt to taste and cook for 1-2 minutes till fragrant. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
2) Add the cauliflower rice and cook for 8-12 minutes or until the cauliflower is cooked through. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
3) While the cauliflower is cooking, add olive oil to a pan on medium heat. Then add the minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes. Following this add the Neema paste and cook for 1-2 minutes. To this add the prawns and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
4) Once the cauliflower rice and prawns are cooked plate and enjoy. Or alternatively mix together, plate and enjoy!
