These chickpea bites are so delicious and versatile. Eat them alone, in a wrap or even add them to your pasta sauce. We just love them!

Ingredients: ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
75g bread crumbs ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
75g parmesan, grated ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
400g can of chickpeas, drained ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
2 cloves of garlic, minced ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Fresh oregano, finely chopped ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Fresh basil, finely chopped ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1 egg, beaten ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
olive oil ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
2 Tsp Neema Food Sweet & Spicy green chilli paste⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
salt to taste. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Instructions: ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1) Preheat the oven to 200 C. Into a food processor, add all the ingredients apart from the egg. Then pulse until the mixture starts to come together. Then add enough egg to bind the mixture together and pulse until combined. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
2) Shape into small balls/bites. Then transfer to an oiled baking sheet. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
3) Cook in the oven for 15-20 minutes, turning halfway.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
