Ingredients:⠀
150g of panko/breadcrumbs ⠀
60g grated parmesan cheese⠀
1 tsp Italian seasoning⠀
Pinch of salt ⠀
4 courgettes, quartered into strips ⠀
60g all-purpose flour⠀
2 eggs, beaten⠀
2 tsp parsley⠀
1 tsp Neema Aromatic Ginger ⠀

Instructions: ⠀
1) Preheat the oven to 230 C. Then line a baking tray with baking paper and see aside.⠀
2) Into a bowl mix together the panko, parmesan, salt and Italian seasoning.⠀
3) Then, mix the egg and Neema chilli paste in a bowl together. ⠀
4) Then for each courgette strip dredge in flour, dip into eggs, then dredge in panko mixture.⠀
5) Place the fries onto the tray and bake for 20-22 minutes ⠀
