Creamy Mushroom Pasta


Take a look at our delicious creamy mushroom pasta. An easy and delicious recipe for dinner tonight. So simple and perfect. Since we like all things spicy we thought to add some fire with our chilli paste!

Ingredients: ⠀
4 Tbsp. olive oil ⠀
500g of mushrooms ⠀
salt to taste ⠀
500g pasta of choice⠀
1 Tsp. Neema Fruity & Fiery Chill Paste ⠀
1 onion, diced ⠀
500ml heavy cream ⠀
2 Tbsp. unsalted butter⠀
4 Tbsp. lemon juice ⠀
1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated ⠀
Parsley, chopped ⠀
2 cloves, chopped garlic ⠀

Instructions: ⠀
1. Heat 2 Tbsp. oil in a large pot over medium heat.⠀
2. Add the onions and garlic and sauté until cooked. ⠀
3. Then add the mushrooms and cook for 8 minutes, tossing it occasionally. ⠀
4. Cook the pasta in boiling salted water until 2 minutes less than the packaging instructions. ⠀
5. Transfer the pasta to the pot with mushrooms. ⠀
6. Add the cream, chilli paste and 1 cup of pasta water. Cook for about 5 minutes. ⠀
7. Remove from heat and stir in lemon juice, parsley, butter and parmesan. Season with salt to taste. ⠀
8. Plate and top with more parmesan. ⠀
