Durban Chicken Curry

Durban Chicken Curry is a beautiful South Africa dish  


2 Tbsp. butter
1 Tbsp. coconut oil
1 Tbsp. curry powder
1 Tbsp. ground coriander
1 Tbsp. ground cumin
2 Tbsp. Neema Fruity & Fiery
1 cinnamon stick
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1 onion, diced
8 chicken breasts, cubed
Handful of tomatoes, halved
1 Tbsp. tomato puree
2 medium potatoes, diced into cubes
1 cup chicken stock
4-5 curry leaves
Salt to taste
1) Put a pan on low heat and melt the butter and coconut oil. Add the curry powder, coriander, cumin, cinnamon stick and Neema paste. cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant. 
2) Then turn up the heat to medium, add the onion and garlic and fry for 2-3 minutes.
3) Then add the chicken and cook for 5 minutes. Coat the chicken in the spices and allow to brown.
4) Add the tomatoes and puree and stir well to combine.
