Kenyan Minced Beef


Today we bring you a super tasty recipe from Kenya. It's packed full of flavour and easy to make. Simply serve with any rice of your choice.

Recipe for 2 ⠀
Ingredients:⠀
250g ground beef ⠀
2 large tomatoes, blended⠀
1 onion, diced ⠀
50g coriander, finely cut ⠀
1 tsp turmeric powder ⠀
2 tsp ground cumin ⠀
1 tsp curry powder ⠀
Salt to taste ⠀
1/4 cup of water ⠀
4 tsp olive oil ⠀
2 Tsp Neema aromatic ginger chilli paste ⠀

Instructions: ⠀
1) Add oil to a pan on medium heat. Then add the onion and saute for 2-3 minutes. ⠀
2) Add the ground beef and cook until browned and cooked through. ⠀
3) Then add the spices, salt and Neema paste and cook for 3-4 minutes. ⠀
4) Then add the blended tomatoes and water. Let this cook for 5-8 minutes. Then switch off the heat and mix in the coriander. ⠀
