Prawn Mango and Avocado Chilli Salad


Prawn Mango and Avocado Chilli Salad. Doesn’t this look so yummy. ⠀
We are definitely here for this. This salad is so fun and full of flavour! We feel that the chilli just balances everything super well.

Ingredients:
200g prawns⠀
1 large ripe mango, diced into cubes ⠀
2 ripe avocados, de-seeded and cut into cubes ⠀
2 spring onion, chopped finely ⠀
4 Tbsp fresh coriander leaves, finely chopped⠀
2 Tbsp Neema Aromatic Ginger ⠀
Juice of one lime ⠀
1/2 Tbsp avocado oil ⠀

Instructions:
1) Into a small bowl combine Neema sweet & spicy, lime juice and the avocado oil. Mix well.⠀
2) Into a large bowl, gently combine the ingredients. ⠀
3) Then drizzle over with half of the chilli and lime dressing. ⠀
4) Plate up as desired. ⠀
