Spicy Salmon Skewers

This is super simple spicy salmon skewers that will get your will blow your mind. This recipe doesn't use many ingredients so it's super easy to prep. The salmon is marinated in our aromatic ginger & scotch bonnet chilli paste, for that spicy gingery taste.

Ingredients: ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
300g skinless salmon fillet ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
A sprig of fresh parsley, finely chopped ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1/2 lemon, juiced ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1 Tbsp olive oil ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
150g baby tomatoes ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
150g peppers, cut into cubes ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1 Tsp Aromatic Ginger & scotch bonnet chilli paste⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Bamboo skewers soaked in hot water for 1 hour⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Instructions: ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1) Cut the salmon into 1-inch pieces. Then into a bowl add the salmon and other ingredients. Mix to combine and leave to marinate for 30 minutes- 1 hour. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
2) Thread a piece of salmon onto the skewer then add the tomatoes and pepper in alternation. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
3) Grill for 5-8 minutes, turning occasionally until fish is opaque throughout. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
