Stuffed Mini Peppers

Check out our super delicious stuffed mini peppers. The peppers are stuffed with cream cheese and our Green bullet chilli paste. Such a yummy combination!

500g cream cheese ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
2 Tsp. of Neema Green Bullet Chilli Paste ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
600g mini peppers (chopped in half and seeds removed)⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Bacon ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Instructions: ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1. Preheat the oven to 200 C. Cut the peppers in half and de-seed. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
2. Into a bowl add the cream cheese and Neema chilli paste and mix to combine. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
3) Generously stuff the peppers with the mixture, until full. Then wrap the peppers with bacon. Place the stuffed peppers in a dish and cover with foil. Bake for 20-25 minutes. Then remove the foil and bake for another 5-10 minutes. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
