Who loves mushrooms? If you do your in for a treat!
Here's our delicious stuffed mushroom recipe. It's so great for those on a plant-based diet.

Ingredients: ⠀
6 large mushrooms, stems removed and diced ⠀
2 Tbsp olive oil ⠀
2 garlic cloves, minced⠀
1 courgette, diced into very small cubes ⠀
1 small onion, diced ⠀
1 Tbsp Neema Aromatic Ginger⠀
Salt ⠀
150g cheese (of your choice) ⠀

Instructions: ⠀
1) Preheat the oven to 170 C. Into a pan on medium heat add the olive oil. Then add the garlic and onions and sauté for 2 minutes. ⠀
2) After add the courgette and cook for 5 Minutes. ⠀
3) Next add the diced mushroom stems, salt and ginger chilli paste. Cook for 2 minutes. ⠀
4) Take the mixture off the heat and stir in 120g of cheese. ⠀
5) Taking the mushrooms stuff them with the mixture. ⠀
6) Place the stuffed mushrooms into a baking dish and cover with foil. ⠀
7) Cook for 20-25 minutes. Five minutes till the finish time remove the foil and sprinkle with additional cheese. ⠀
