4 Ingredient Pita Chips⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Just perfect for starters or eating alone

Ingredients:
1 Tsp. Neema sweet and spicy green chilli paste⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
4 Tbsp. olive oil⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
80g parmesan cheese⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Instructions:⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1) Place the pita triangles into a bowl.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
2) Mix the olive oil and Neema paste together and add to the bowl.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
3) Give the bowl a toss to coat all the pita.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
4) Place the pita onto a baking tray and bake at 280 C for 8 minutes.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
5) After 8 minutes sprinkle with the cheese and put back in the oven for 2-4 minutes.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
6) Take out the pitas and let them cool. Or enjoy still slightly warm.
