Crispy Spicy Fried Chicken (Vegan friendly)

Feeling like a cheat day? Then try our yummy healthier version of fried chicken with our African Scotch Bonnet chilli paste. Ingredients:500g chicken wings. African Toasties with Neema Green Chilli Paste

A delicious twist of Mumbai style toasties made by our lovely blogger Annalise from @Foodie in Bath. Serves 2  Ingredients: 4 slices of brown bread (or white if you prefer) 2 tbsp of Neema African Green Chilli Paste  Coriander 1 spring onion 1 garlic  200g of grated cheddar cheese  1/2 of red onion cherry tomatoes  1/2 tsp of cumin  1/2 tsp of ground coriander  A pinch of Cinnamon  1 tbsp of vegetable oil Method: In a bowl mix Neema African Green Chilli Paste with coriander, spring onion and garlic to make a chutney. Pili-Pili Fried Sea Bream

A quick and easy spicy fish recipe with delicious African flavour for a light mid-week dinner. Ingredients: 2 sea bream or sea bass. (about 450g each gutted and cleaned with head and tail left on). For an authentic African fish use Tilapia or Red Snapper. 2 tsp of Neema African Scotch Bonnet & Ginger Chilli Paste  Sea salt Method: Make thin slashes into each side of the fish. Sprinkle salt (to taste) all over the fish, rubbing it into the cuts and the cavity of the fish. Madesu - White Cannellini Beans In Spicy Tomato Sauce (Vegan)

 A delicious authentic dish from DR Congo. Easy to make and really tasty with white rice or sweet potatoes. Ingredients: 500g Cannellini beans 1 Onion (chopped) 3 Spring onions (chopped) 4 Garlic 1 can of chopped tomatoes 1 Tsp of Neema African Scotch Bonnet Chilli Paste 3 Tbsps. of Tomato puree Coriander Mixed herbs Salt 2 Vegetable Stock Cubes Nutmeg 3 Tbsps. of Olive Oil  Method: 1. Chilli Corn Carne with a twist

Ingredients: 500g of Mince Beef1 onion4 cloves of garlic2 spring onions2 teaspoons of Neema Scotch Bonnet Chilli Paste1 teaspoon of Coriander1 green pepper1 ripe plum tomatoes300 ml of beef stock400g of tinned tomatoes Method: Fry the beef, onions, garlic, spring onions, green pepper together on a low heat Once the beef is browned add the tomatoes and stock and simmer on a low heat for 40mins until the sauce thickens Add the kidney beans and fresh coriander 10 mins before removing from heat.
