Try our recipe below: Ingredients:⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀4 Tbsp olive oil ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀300g okra, tops removed ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀50g peas ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀50g snow peas ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀120g baby corn ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀1 can tomatoes, chopped⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀1 onion, diced ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀2 cloves garlic, minced⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀2tsp ground cumin⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀3tsp ground coriander⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀1tsp turmeric⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀2 bay leaves ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀250ml coconut milk⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀salt to taste⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀3 Tsp Neema Aromatic Ginger Chilli Paste⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀Instructions:⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀1) Add oil to a large pot on medium heat. Neema Fruity & Fiery ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀1/2 Tsp. salt ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀3 Tbsps. olive oil ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀1 sprig of rosemary, roughly chopped ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀80g Parmesan cheese, Finely grated ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀Instructions: ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀1) Preheat the oven to 220 C and line a baking tray with parchment paper. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀2) Place the wedges into a large bowl and add all the ingredients apart from the parmesan.
