Who loves mushrooms? If you do your in for a treat! Here's our delicious stuffed mushroom recipe. It's so great for those on a plant-based diet. Check out our simple recipe below:Ingredients: ⠀6 large mushrooms, stems removed and diced ⠀2 Tbsp olive oil ⠀2 garlic cloves, minced⠀1 courgette, diced into very small cubes ⠀1 small onion, diced ⠀1 Tbsp Neema Aromatic Ginger⠀Salt ⠀150g cheese (of your choice) ⠀⠀Instructions: ⠀1) Preheat the oven to 170 C. Cheesy Smashed Potatoes

They are just so yummy and simple. Crispy, crunch and extra delicious, as it's made with our African sweet & spicy chilli paste. Recipe:⠀Ingredients: ⠀800g small potatoes ⠀1 tbsp salt (for boiling)⠀2 tbsp butter, melted⠀1 tbsp olive oil⠀3/4 tsp salt ⠀Parsley, finely chopped⠀80g parmesan, grated ⠀1 tsp Neema sweet & spicy ⠀⠀Instructions:⠀1) Bring a pot of water to the boil, on medium heat. Then add the salt.
